Our mission is to custom-design programs with an objective insight on balancing cost while providing the highest level of service and value. We pride ourselves on the ability to creatively plan each event, meetings or program from concept to completion.  We aim to exceed the client’s expectations by evaluating and identifying the best possible solutions, facilities, suppliers and support services to successfully carry out our client’s vision.

At Logistics, our priority is developing a productive and beneficial relationship and partnership. Our trademark characteristic is providing creative, effective programs that meet the objectives of the client. Whenever appropriate, we will also make recommendations and share resources that might be helpful in areas beyond the scope of the designated project. We have found this collaborative process with the clients to be the basis for a comfortable working relationship, starting in the project planning stage. This partnership continues throughout the course of the project and sets the stage for a long term mutually beneficial professional relationship and networking partner.

Toni Walker


Toni is very active in the community, a member of all major tourism organizations and currently serves on the Visit Anchorage Board of Directors and Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center Board of Directors.  Her active involvement in the industry and community gives Logistics, LLC strong ties in the Alaska and has built long standing relationships with all major tour vendors, caterers, hotels, venues, transportation companies, entertainers, etc.

With over 32 years of hospitality experience, Toni has had the privilege to work in various aspects of the industry, such as hotel sales, wholesale tour operators, restaurants/bars/catering, destination management services and meeting and event planning.  These experiences along with being the owner and President of Logistics, LLC for the past 21 years, provides Toni with the knowledge, understanding and expertise to work with many different sectors of the industry.  She excels in site selection, contract negotiations, budget management, strategic management and program management. In addition, Toni processes commitment, very strong organizational abilities, creativity, dedication, high level of energy and an effective communicator.  No job is too small or too large and is hands on wherever needed to assist the Team at Logistics and carry out the responsibilities required by clients and the community.  She values the importance of excellent customer service and shares in the end objective of a highly successful program, event or meeting with clients.

Christy Andresen

Director of Meetings, Events and Operations

Christy joined Logistics, LLC in June 2000.  With over 18 years of experience in meeting and event planning and destination management services, Christy provides excellence in customer service and her major strengths are attention to details, the ability to multi-task and dependability.  Christy takes great pride in her ability to work within the client’s budget while still maintaining the highest level of service. She has developed and overseen the planning and coordination of several annual conferences that range from 200 to 1,200 participates. Her commitment to excellence is what makes her a huge contributing factor of the success of our team. You can depend on her to provide the level of support and energy that is needed to carry out the responsibilities required by her clients.  Christy serves on several community committees such as the Visitor Industry Charity Walk and Safeway/Carrs Great Alaska Shootout.  She also is actively involved with the Anchorage Convention & Visitors Bureau, Anchorage Downtown Partnership, the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Catering Executives.

Katie Caswell

Director of Incentives, Events and Operations

Katie became part of the Logistics team in 2007.  As a college student, Katie worked for Logistics and learned the ropes from the bottom up. After earning a BA in business management and marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage, she started her career at a local advertising agency where she had the opportunity to work with high-profile clients such as the Alaska Travel Industry Association (ATIA), the Alaska Marine Highway and Era Alaska. She also broadened her skills with first class public relations and marketing experience. She realized she had a passion for tourism and event management so Katie returned to Logistics in the fall of 2011. Katie currently serves as the President on the ATIA Anchorage Chapter Executive Committee and enjoys working with incentive, meeting and event clients alike. She is a proud lifelong Alaskan and loves living an active lifestyle and spending quality time with those she loves. Katie’s commitment to being a team player coupled with integrity, over the top customer service, the willingness to jump in feet first for any new challenge or task, attention to detail and organizational skills has created strong working relationships with clients and vendors producing smooth programs and happy clients singing praises on all programs and events she plans and manages.

Samantha Ducharme

Operations Manager

Samantha joined the Logistics Team in the fall of 2009. While attending the University of Alaska Mat-Su, she was also expanding her knowledge at Logistics and began to discover her passion for event coordination. In the summer of 2011, Samantha left Alaska to join her husband, an active-duty United States Marine. During her time in Twentynine Palms, California, she managed the lodging facility aboard the base simultaneously with two additional facilities. She worked with groups of all sizes traveling from all parts of the world. She also assisted with the coordination of events ranging from 25-5,000 patrons and her sincere passion for hospitality and event planning only grew. Samantha ambitiously returned to Logistics in the spring of 2016 with a liveliness for the tourism industry that is stronger than ever. Her key strengths include organization, dependability and her desire to always go above and beyond for clients as well as our team no matter the task. She thrives on attention to every detail and building strong relationships with all clients to ensure that every request for any occasion is always exceeded. Samantha is a proud Alaskan who loves traveling, living an active lifestyle and spending quality time with her family.

Cory Schneider

Program & Events Coordinator

Cory joined team Logistics in 2010.  As our go-to guy, he keeps our decor organized, our operation running smooth day-to-day and assists with all our groups that includes escorting tours, assisting at the registration desk and transportation coordination.  Cory is willing to go the extra mile no matter how small the task. His key strengths include dependability, being team oriented and having a can-do attitude.  His key role enables the management staff to feel confident whether it’s an intimate event for 10 guests or a program for 5,000 attendees.
